Live Animal Shipping
Live animals and insects are covered by our Live Arrival Guarantees when they are shipped according to our temperature guidelines. We reserve the right to delay shipment of live animals if inclement weather persists.
We only ship the fish and live animals on Mondays and Tuesdays in order to avoid the shipment pending on the weekend in the warehouse. We may delay shipment due to extreme weather for a few days when necessary.
DOA Rules: We will refund you the cost of the fish/animal AND shipping cost. You have nothing to lose from buying from me if your fish does not arrive safely. But you MUST take a picture of the deceased fish within one hour of delivery to receive Full refund!
Free Shipping
Products ordered with the Free Shipping method selected will ship ground service with a carrier of Betta Trading Company's choice (based on the weight of package, location, etc.). Free shipping is only available to customers in areas within the contiguous US.
